Terms of Use
These terms govern use of NOKAN BEATS and purchases made through the store. The license agreement attached to a completed purchase controls the specific rights granted for that beat and tier.
1. Store and account use
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information needed to process orders, account access and delivery. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and one-time access links private.
2. Beats and intellectual property
Buying a license does not transfer ownership of the underlying beat unless the purchase-time agreement expressly says otherwise. You may use a beat only within the rights and limits stated in the license you purchased. Unauthorized resale, redistribution of master files, or false claims of authorship are prohibited.
3. License scope and deliverables
The store may offer MP3, WAV, Trackout or Exclusive tiers depending on the beat. The exact files, permitted uses, limits, credits and other terms are the purchase-time license agreement. A higher tier is not offered when its required master files cannot be verified.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and availability are revalidated on the server before payment. A cart display is not a guarantee that an item remains available. The payment-provider session and completed order record are created from server-side price and entitlement data, not values supplied by the browser.
5. Digital delivery, cancellations and refunds
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Rules for digital content can depend on your country, when performance begins, and whether the legally required consent and acknowledgement for immediate digital delivery were obtained.
Where the law permits a right of withdrawal, refund, cancellation, repair or other remedy, that right remains available. Where applicable law permits the withdrawal right to end after immediate digital performance begins and the required conditions have been met, access or downloading may affect that right.
For duplicate charges, failed delivery, incorrect files, provider-confirmed refunds or other order problems, contact support with the order number so the payment and entitlement record can be reviewed.
6. Exclusive sales
When an Exclusive sale is completed and recorded, the beat is unavailable for new purchases according to the store’s sellability rules. Earlier legitimate buyers keep the entitlement granted by their own completed purchase unless that entitlement is later revoked by a valid refund or other lawful reversal.
7. Availability and service changes
We may correct catalog errors, disable an unavailable license tier, pause a payment method or remove a beat from future sale. Those changes do not silently rewrite a completed buyer’s purchase-time license.
8. Contact
Questions about an order or these terms can be sent through the contact page.
